The Editor's Market

Cineleisure’s Next Online Sensation – Post 3

We’re down to our final post in the running to be Cineleisure’s Next Online Sensation! This week we’re talking about FASHION! I’m not much of a fashionista so thank God Christine was in this with me. There were 3 shops that I felt stood out, and should be must-visits at Cineleisure.

Check out our video to see what we put together at our #1 favourite place - the Editor’s Market!

Eh don't you think Christine makes such a good model!!!

I would SO go back to The Editor’s Market  to shop again. As mentioned in the vid, they have a pricing system that encourages bulk buying, and I don’t see how anyone won’t buy in bulk because there are so many nice pieces there! And it’s not just clothes, they have super cool accessories, bags and shoes as well!

#2 on the list is ROCKSTAR by Soon Lee – an independent retailer best known for being the first and only female casual footwearstore in Asia. They have books, bags and apparel for sale too! Including men’s stuff. It’s an eclectic mix of things immaculately chosen, I must say. They have terraniums too – this one’s named Matthew (heh).

And #3 is a cute place to get stuff like accessories and pouches -- Minikin, located at level 2.

Will add in some worthy mentions because they're great to get cheap and good stuff...there are some push-cartesque shops at Level 1 too, where we managed to get some great steals, like watches at $5 and necklaces+rings, 3 for $9!

I’d also splurged at the Leftfoot sale which is still going on at level 3 – bought a pair of metallic Nike dunks for $85, and shiny vans for $50!! DANCERS!!! BBBMTL!!!

Of course there’s Beadstreet at level 2 that qiuqiu had featured too that sells cheap glasses, hats, necklaces, rings, earrings and nailpolish. (EVERYTHING!)

That said, this is the end of our journey running to be Cineleisure’s Next Online Sensation(s). It’s been really cool going back to a place I once frequented as a punk-ass teen. Things have changed so much, for the better! And I’ve discovered that there’s a hell lot you can do at Cine – not just watch movies.

Check out Christine's take on this week's fashion challenge here!

... and remember to vote TEAM TAFFI, we appreciate each one!
